Getting a Fragment to Display ABOVE a Sub-Section?

Hey guys, wondering if you could help me...

Do you know if theres a way to set a section so that any fragments are given priority over the subsections?

I'm doing a site for a curtain retailer and onc they click on a range, should be presented with a large picture of the range, and then all the possible colour swatches underneath. The swatches are the subsections.

So basically, I want the big image at the top.

It's to do with the fragment layout John, i haven't done it personally but there was a thread i read about it recently. Take a look at the layout applied and change it, that should do it.
