Not really - the issue was raised in beta testing.

The specific issue of the selectors only coming across the second time you did an import was actually first raised by Norman here: http://community.actinic.com/showthread.php?t=24609

But I acknowledge that the issue of handing over a design does need looking at and re-visiting. It's simple to hand over an entire site, and simple to hand over a fix for a design. Where it gets tricky is handing over a new design to an existing site.
