Resetting Section and Product Code

Hey guys...

I'm still getting to grips with V8 and although I've sucessfully made my layout template for the 'front' of the store in actinic, the catalogue layout went a little wrong.

Is there any way I can reset the code for the catalog pages (the section and product code) to their defaults so that I can try again?
