SDO broke again!

Since upgrading to Line 50 2007 the SDO has broken twice now.

Which makes transferring orders into Line 50 impossible for me!

I get the meesage shown below.



A second piece of software I use which also uses SDO gives the same error message.

Sage support simply say they do not support SDO.

Last time I got it working again by restoring a Line 50 backup. I am not keen on doing this again as it means I lose a days work!

Any idea how I can get SDO working again without restoring a Line 50 backup to a point when SDO was working.

Sage do support SDO - I don't know why they would say that.

If you call them and explain that you are using Actinic Link to integrate your copy of Sage Line 50 with Actinic Link they should give you a new SDO key for v2007 of Sage Line 50.
