Can I add a link in the Customer Email (actinic8)?

Exemple (into Customer Email):

I am trying to solve a problem, I already tried several recources but I didn't get, see below:

As it finishes option I am trying to discover a form of putting in the Customer Email a link for a certain page (where have instructions). The problem is that I don't find a form of adding this link in Customer Email.

When I put the tags html, they appear in the email and the link is not created.

Hi there

For this email, it can only output in plain text, so if you put any html coding, it will not work I'm afraid. This has been on the wishlist, to be able to provide an option for html email, rather than plain text email.

I had already seen this (truly I spent several days looking for a solution in this forum), therefore I am looking for some alternative to solve the problem. A need simple, however complex to solve!

I will continue trying a solution...
