    Invoice details not appearing in emails

    Hi,

    I can't get the invoice details to appear in the emails unless i specify the separate delivary address. None of the fields are set to required. The only change I've made is to the checkout page for invoice details is change the company name from a textbox to a dropdown.

    Hi Nihhal

    If a customer specifies online that they are using the same invoice and delivery address, then the details are included on the email under a single 'Ship To' heading. You can edit the text of this heading within the 'Customer Email' layout, which is accessible from the 'Select Page Type' drop down list in the 'Design' tab.
