Can someone test my site please

After a day of trying to reconfigure my site after my server crashing and not having much success I wonder if any kind souls would see if they can get onto my site and as far as the ssl payment page.

Logo missing for me on the sites home page not the catalog pages. Add to cart not working also and very slow.

Your site is not showing images only basic links which look out of position. Have you edited your site or any pages in microsoft frontpage or any other external software other than actinic ??

If not may be your hosting company does not support ecommerce PHP, Perl script files etc.. etc..

Site suffered a server (your name here) crash last night and server took site back weeks, have been trying to move site to new server today with little success, we just can't get the settings correct for the new server and the current server is still suffering to catch up.
Great time of year for website to go t**s up!!!

Have you done a complete refresh rather than an update and have you tested network settings etc before you try?

yes, have done the web refresh and have tried all day with settings. My new server details are 70.87.117.106 and the wizard takes me thru to the directories box. In web root directory i input httpdocs but error 'saying an error occured when sending an http request to the web server' won't give up

Have you checked the permissions on the server? If they have had to rebuild, they may not be as they were before?

sorry my head is caving in! are these permissions going to be on actinic? if not I can't even get to a control panel at the moment

No they are on the server, the folders for your website need to have certain permissions set so that they are allowed to do what they want and not be restricted. If there are limitations on these, then it will not work. Do a complete network test, let us know of the errors that come up, then post your network settings in here for us to take a look at and let us know who you are hosting with.

Maybe we can help as you seem rather desperate!!

That location looks very suspect and must be wrong - thats a good sign.

Take a look in the "V8 problem solvers" thread to see the kind of settings that are used in these areas, it would appear that you have incorrect settings.

I HAD BEEN READY TO GO WITH THE EMERGENCY HOSTING BUT YOUR NAME HERE THOUGHT THEY COULD GET IT SORTED AND 5 O'CLOCK CAME ROUND A BIT QUICK. SHOULD HAVE KNOWN BETTER!!!!!!
