velocityPay contact details ?

Trying to contact Velocity Pay as a new potential client, I fill out their email form - submit and it generates an error - so there seems no other contact details for their company.

does anyone know of a contact number, email address etc that we can reach VelocityPay, I can't even email them to tell them they have an email problem.

even MI5 and MI6 has an address !

dosn't that tell you all you need to know. i.e. what sort of service do you expect if you do find their details

I have been using velocity for a few years now with no difficulties what so ever.

looks like they've lost a sale,.
I phone the number and a recorded message said "this service is not compatible with this phone ! "
being a normal BT line, and a fixed phone (ie not cordless) , I not sure how much more basic I have to get my phones or what sort of service is compatible so, I'm not bothered either,

thanks for the info, but If VelocityPay can't be bothered to answer phones or emails, neither can I.
