Snapshot v7 to v8

Hi All

Does anyone know the procedure to export only certain files from actinic v.7 and import the files to v.8.

We have a snapshot of v.7 on v.8, subsequent changes have been made to v.7 and we want to include these product pages on v.8 and not rewrite the whole site on v.8?

1 create a snapshot in v8 for backup purposes

2 Create a design snapshot in v8

3 create a snapshot in v7

4 import the v7 snapshot

5 import the v8 design snapshot twice
