Adding Text To Invoice

I have a client who wants to add a message to her invoices to say something like:

"Totals include VAT at 17.5% if applicable. If you require a more detailed VAT invoice please email ... . VAT number Pending."

without altering the appearance of the prices on the site which are set to Product Price Excluding Tax.

Can anyone tell me how to do this please? Is the Invoice editable from within Actinic like the site pages are?

As an alternative to editing the report, you could put the text you want into 'remittance terms' under Business Settings>Terms and Conditions. Any text you enter here appears at the bottom of the printed Receipt/Invoice.
