Price Banding

Can anyone tell me if it is possible to have several price bands for each product. Then for example when you register a customer you can specify their price band.

I.e

Apples:
Band 1: £1.00
Band 2: £2.00
Band 3: £3.00

Accounts:
Johns Grocery: Band 2
London Fruit Ltd: Band 1
