Duplicate products not updating after import

Hi,

I appear to be having a problem with duplicate products updating after I have run an import. The import I am running is updating the prices but not all of the duplicate products are picking up this change. The price field is set to inherit from the original product and cannot be changed on the duplicate.

Has anybody had a similar problem?

Hi Giles

I've just tried this on a test import file and it worked OK for me. I would suggest upgrading to 804, as that is what I am using, and see if that sorts it. I would also suggest doing a 'Housekeeping | Compact Databases' as this can often unlock weird problems like the one you are experiencing.
