Link Actinic to Sage V11Acc+

Have following problem using Ling on some ammended orders

On some orders the customer has returned the goods for an exchange of size which we are happy to do but charge them a second postage fee for the new item

We then enter this on the original order (which has been invoiced) as an adjustment named 2nd postage and print out a new invoice

At the end of the month we upload all sales from actinic to sage line 50 ver 11 accountant plus

When it gets to these ammended orders it stops transferring them and gives the following error
"orderxxxx transfer is failed due to profile version does not match order files version"

Hi Chris - how odd.

I would quickly check your Sage profile settings to make sure you have specified the correct version of Sage and the correct version of Actinic. But really, I think this sounds like something to take up with Actinic Support via http://www.actinic.co.uk/support/register.htm

The alternative, of course, is to add the adjustment in Sage rather than Actinic. (i.e. do it after the transfer).
