Hi, can you make changes to the packing list. We would like to change it so that the products ordered are listed in numeric order to help with picking.

I don't think this would be a change to the packing list, rather a sort on the order of the products within the Actinic database for the sale. Jan may have something to do that, pm her or contact her via her website (www.mole-end.biz) -
It is actually quite a tricky thing to do, it is all down to the way the order detail lines are stored on the database, each product on an order can have several lines in the order details and the only relationship between them is the order in which they are created, so if you try to reorder the products you can easily loose the order detail lines that go with it.
I have done a report along these lines in the past though - it would depend on how your site is structured and how you process orders.
By the way Duncan, (drounding) also offers a report design service so he might be able to help you out with this as well.
