    Page background problem

For some reason the page background seems to break. Its set as a dark blue for the entire page yet as you can see from the sshot i get a white section at the bottom.

This seems to be percentage affected as it changes size when the window is made smaller.

Is this a problem from Dreamweaver or somthing known about within Actinic?

    Many thanks

Looks like it - you may have missed the background from a table?

      Thanks Rural;

I have checked everything in DW, if I fill out the table in DW so it gives the page a scroll bar its fine when preiviewed..only once in Actinic does this happen.

Also I found if I change the Background to the same blue under Themes it fixes the problem.. but then as thats a global change the every other page such as popups become blue as well.

Perhaps popups in Blue arnt so bad

        Hi Paul

Try changing the background (BGColor) colour of the Actinic StyleSheet to the background colour of your site in Dreamweaver.

        It should work?

          Hi mate,

Thanks but still no joy.. I looked though the CSS and changed the background-colour in several places but it made no differnce.

Feel free to check the site.. its my first Actinic site so be gentle

Interesting - the same in both Opera and IE7 - the background colour stops exactly at 100% of the window height - now what in your css could cause that? Maybe body 100% - just try to make a page body anything else...?

Reading the embedded style mainarea width=830 then two lines later width=800 same element block - repeated width: 100% in navbar. Why embedded style at all?

              Thanks Bill all sorted!

It was the Body height set to 100%, I deleted the value and it fixed it.

              Thanks again.
