I presume John, you are referring to the recent changes that take size into account not just weight. I have left my shipping rates the same as before the change on the sites that do not use Parcel Force on a contract. There has been no financial loss because of the changes, in fact some items have been cheaper to post than before.

Off on a bit of a tangent, we ship 5000+ A4 and A5 magazines several times a year and with mailsort the A4 are cheaper to ship than the A5.
