Only Displaying the First Ten Words of the Full Description

I have applied this from the adv user guide and am getting !!< in some of the text in the mini new products and best sellers. This was not showing before I applied this mod and is not shopwing when viewing the product in the catalog.

Have you embedded extra HTML into your product description? The patch was only intended to work with normal product descriptions.

If so you'll have to amend the patch to remove any !!< and >!! from the text.

I figured this was the case. Time to adapt. I will remove the !!< >!! from the product description, it won't harm the appearance.

Embedded HTML would always be a problem. E.g. if your 10th word happened to be in the middle of an HTML tag you'd have an open tag and that would gobble up following text until an ">" turned up.
