How to create shopping cart pages??

I create layout in dreamweaver, but how can I create shopping cart page for checking out?? There is no option to create shopping cart in actinic V8.....

Also, How can I insert LINK to shopping cart bar in main page with actinic V8???

I am very newbie, so after reading getting start, I am still confused.

Your questions lead me to beleve you need to ferret about some more in the documentation as the answers to your questionsare all there if you approach everything in the correct order.
Try a forumsearch on outer layer, dreamweaver extension, and css to get a better idea how layouts are editted and applied.
