How to put LINK on navigation bar??

I insert navigation bar from actinic extension in Dreamweaver8. But how can I put LINK on each navigation bar???

locate the layout for the navigation by using the design tree and the add the lin code in HTML or right click to insert a variable (if the link you require in already defined by the software)
