When I fill in all of the information for testing it says that it sent the email but when I check to see if I got the email, I never get anything. Is there a place where I can configure this besides the network setup portion.

Do you get the confirmation email when you press the test button in network settings?
Are you providing an external domain address to test (maybe giving a yahoo or hotmail account as the customer email address in the contact us form) or are you using a separate account in your own domain?
Can you provide an URL where we can examine the online code to ensure there is not a 'missing' requirement?Bill

OK - I tried your Contact Us form at 22.43 local time - and nothing received so far. I the used your email identity to try the Contact Us form on my own site at 23.22 and have already received my copy.
There is nothing obviously mising from your page html content. I wonder if Perl is misconfigured and not accepting Post?
BTW, you might want to edit the Terms and Conditions. You are using the basic UK edition text, and it's a little strange to have a US site quoting an EU directive on customer rights.Bill

Originally posted by dmjcomputingI checked the perl script and it is accepting POSTS. I was looking in the email settings under network setup. Under SMTP server I have my Local IP address and username and password required check box is unchecked with no username or password. Do I have to fill those in?
I would expect to see mail.yourdomain.ext as your SMTP server, your host will tell you if you need authentication.
or try localhost

Well I did as you told me but it still does not work. One thing I did try was the test on network setup. It says everything has passed and message it has a "-". I checked my email and there was the test message from actinic. I tried sending an email from the contact page but still did not work...
