V804 Buglet - Printing to PDF

I have Adobe pdf printer installed. When I try to print to pdf from the design layout code window Actinic will always crash. pdf printing an invoice or packing slip is fine however.

Have you check the drivers, there was a problem with them sometime on the first install.

The printing works as usual in all other applications - and in fact in Actinic too for printing invoices and the like.

Normally in Actinic when you select to print an invoice say, the pdf file name is given a default name which you can choose to use or change just before the pdf is created - when printing from within the design code window the default name is just '.pdf' and when you change it then as the pdf starts to be created Actinic crashes before it's completed.

Send a ticket into Actinic as I've not got a clue how to solve it, sorry.

Looks as though this might be an Adobe problem rather than Actinic. I can print to pdf995 with absolutely no problem. Right click in Layout Code box, Select All, click the printer icon in the layout code toolbar, pdf995 show printing progress, then opens a file naming dialogue.

Name, save, job's done.
