    CSS image woes

    Hi all,

    Firstly, happy new year!

Secondly, I hope someone can point me in the right direction for a problem I'm experiencing with v8 Designer.

I have developed a new site in Dreamweaver, taking care to put all the images, CSS and HTML in the same folder. When it comes to registering my design with Actinic through the Dreamweaver extension, I can see that all the images defined in the external CSS file are not showing up. I made sure the image filenames were enclosed in single quotes too.

If I manually copy the images into the site1 folder then they show up fine in the preview. That's wonderful, but if I package up either a full snapshot or partial snapshot (just the design) then it fails to be re-imported properly on the clients machine.

Any help would be greatly appreciated as my hair is currently wearing very thin indeed

    Cheers
    Phill

Actinic has always played funny with sub-folders. Have you tried leaving the images and css in the root of the site folder (changing paths accordingly) or adding the files to the additional files list
