    One click order processing and creating new email templates

    Hope someone can help with this. Have just upgraded to v8 and am using one click order processing, which is saving a lot of time. I have asked Actinic to send an 'order shipped' email via one click order processing, but the emails aren't actually being sent - only created. The help file says that they should actually be sent.

    Also, I can't create new email templates (my templates from v7 didn't copy over). The help file says there should be an option to create new when in manage layouts - but there isn't.

    Can anyone help?

    Am checking the bit on the emails being sent, like you say they queue up although the help states that they are sent immediately.

    To create a new email layout go to 'Design | Library | Layouts | Email Outer Layout', right click on any of the layouts offered in there and select 'New Layout'.

      Have checked this and it is the help file that is at fault here. Emails are always queued on the desktop till you send them out.

      Corrections to the help files will be included in a future maintenance release.
