V804 crashing on snapshot export or site change

Is it just me or does do others find that V804 crashes regularly without error message when exporting a snapshot or changing sites?

This happens to me more times than not. It doesn't seem to cause any major issues it's just a pain. On re-exporting the snapshot the second time it completes ok.

I have had very few crashes since upgrading 803, I'm now using 804.

Each time I upgrade I download the full version rather than the latest patch, I don't know if this makes a difference.

804 froze on me today though, using froogle feed, and browsing to disk to say where to save the file

The software shouldn't be crashing in this way - so there might well be something a bit odd rattling round in your installation, occassionally causing Actinic to trip up.

Feel free to get in contact with support if you want someone to look at what might be happening.
