Help to change top left & right border color in Contemporary theme

Hi Everyone.

Is it possible to change the color of both the top border located on each side of the theme logo in Contemporary design to match the backgound color without affecting the inner layout colors or the rest of the site?.

I'm not 100% sure which border you are talking about. Can you upload a screen shot to show exactly what you want changing please.

Thanks for the reply. All fixed. I noticed that the theme was using a .gif file for the top borders. I changed the graphic file to match the color of the background and voia! Fixed.

I'm having the same problem. Can you tell me which filenames you changed to achieve this.

Hi Brian,

I think the image that Victor is referring to is 'theme_main_background.gif'. This is referenced in the overall layout:

background-image: url('theme_main_background.gif');

On a default layout this is on line 25. If you remove this line then the top border is removed from the design.
