Actinic --> Quickbooks Link Error Message:

Hello,

When I try to export orders into quickbooks through the Link program, I get the following error message:

Error in ReceivePaymentAddRs while processing HG2866....(<--order number): Object "11-1168366632" specified in the request cannot be found.

Any ideas what this means? I'm currently reading through the help files to see what I can find. Thanks!

Has anyone seen this before?

Open Actinic
Select Settings | Business Settings | Tax tab
Under "taxes" change the tax rounding too: "Round Order Scientific"

Apply Save, upload the changes place a test order and try your import to QB again.

Also it would appear that your chargeing tax on the example order in Quickbooks however your are changing tax on the order in Actinic. This would indicate that you have not properly set up taxes in both Actinic and Quickbooks. You can not have tax configurations which differ in the two programs. Review your tax requirements. Configure the appropriate tax configuration in Actinic (Advanced tax recomended). Then create the same tax principles in Quickbooks. Then finnally configure the link tax settings according too your requirement. Also make sure you upload and place new orders before attempting the import again
