I am in big trouble. Expiration date is tomorrow, but I don't know how to create form for ordering fresh roses.
My husband told me to create form that ask
1 ADDRESS for Deliver Roses
2 Radio Bottom for PICK UP and DELIVER
3 If DELIVER, when and what time
3 Credit Card information
4Customer's all information( address, zip, )
5 Form for enter coupon Code to discount

How can I create those form in Actinic V8??? SHould I create in Dreamweaver8??
I am very struggling, Please help as soon as possible!!!!!!
