Error from UPDATE WEBSITE

I try to update website, but error appears



Error accessing the installation destination directory.

Possible Cause:
The path From CGI-BIN to the acatalog directory is incorrect

remove #!

from the start of the perl path

You may want to check that all the .pl files on your site have

#!/usr/local/bin/perl

in their first line. The standard first line is #!/usr/bin/perl

which will mean the scripts fail to find the perl location.
