Change Password Greyed Out

Hi Guys

Not sure if i have missed something here but i want to turn on the password for actinic so credit card details are encrypted but can not find it, the change password option under settings is greyed out?

could someone point me in the right direction - cant see the wood from the trees

You have to switch 'Logon and Card Encryption' on in View / Business Settings / Options first, then you can change your password.
