What is switch with no issue number?????

There is switch and switch with no issue number in credit card capture configuration .

I need information, Name, address and Zip code, Credit card number, CVV2 and expiration date. In this case, SHould I check on switch or switch with no issue number?????

You should use both as some banks (notably Scottish) issue some switch cards without an issue number but with a start date instead

They still feature the CVV number which needs ticking in your screen grab
