Triplicated order from customer - bug??

Hi all,

Just received notification from actinic of an order received at the store.
Downloaded order only to find that it had been triplicated, but 3 different order transactions.

Only a small order value of £7.16 for each transaction.
A look at HSBC's e-payments site confirmed only 1 transaction processed.

I've phoned the customer to see if they had done anything that might have caused this, but they confirm that they only pressed checkout once.
In any case, the hsbc server passes them back to our home page once completed, so i can't see where this may have happened.

Is it a bug?

We're using 8.04 by the way.

Anyone had this happen to them and know how to resolve it?

This is quite common with HSBC and is caused by the customer pressing the psp bounce button several times. Each time they press it an order is sent to actinic.
