Adding Brochure Pages to Navigation

(Another of those "I've looked everywhere and can't find questions", I'm afraid.)

I have added an About Us page. So how do I then change the navigation? It looks as if I have to add a variable via the Library - which I can then reference in the selector. Is this right, please? And if so how?
