Product Visable not working !

In V7 we have both trade & retail prices/products which we hide from each other by using "product visable" tick boxes within the price tab of a product.

Now we have upgraded to V8 this seems not to work. Our trade customers can still see a retail product. Ticking or unticking the product visable or enables boxes makes no difference.

Any ideas?

Hi Jim,

I just checked this here on a default store and cannot replicate the issue. If I do not select 'Enabled' and 'Visible' against the particular customer group then it is not visible on logging in. Can you try compacting your database and then checking to see if this happens please. This can be done in 'Housekeeping| Compact Databases'.

In that case could you please raise a support ticket @ http://www.actinic.co.uk/support/register.htm. We will need to take a look at a snapshot of the site to see why this is happening.
