How do i edit the email that is sent to the customer automatically by actinic when an order is placed ?

Hi Derek,

I'm afraid that our emails are only sent as simple text files to the SMTP server and not HTML so I'm not sure if the font can be changed. They are also generated by perl scripts so this may make it even more trickier. I've asked our development team if it is possible for you.

Hi Derek,

I've had it confirmed that you can't change the font types of our emails. As the emails are just plain text any HTML tags put into the perl will just display as text in the emails. I'll add your request to the wish-list.

If you are using Outlook Express

To change the font used to display messages

On the Tools menu, click Options, and then click the Read tab.
Click Fonts, and then change the settings.
