Where to find Error Box?

Hi

I need to change the size of teh error table that holds such messages at the top ofa page as 'Select Shipping Destination - Please select a country.'

The code is:

Basically, I need to find this code and change the width to 400.

Can't find it anywhere, I'm going mad, please help.

Go to Design | Text. Click on 'Go to' and type in PHASE -1 and ID 2178. You should find the code there.
