custom extended info page problem

hope someone can help me

based on previous post that Bruce helped me i have added the add to cart button on my ext info page

can someone have a look at the one below and tell why oh why it does not work

Nested form tags.

The main form with the add to cart action opens - then simplesearch opens and closes, then an empty form opens and closes, then the main form closes at the end of the page.

Unfortunately most browsers don't see it like that - they see the first close form - and close all open forms - result, your add to cart is on its own, without any action tied to it.

The solution
Move the form opening tag for the call to add to cart below the closing tag for simplesearch. Find the third form opening tag, and put your closing tag for the add before the third one opens, delete the current closing tag for third form.
