SSL certification is invalid, please help !!!

I installed SSL in my host . But when I try to do web configuration, error apear( after clicking on NEXT for https://coffeerosexpress.com/CGI-BIN/)

Error" There is problem with the SSL certification- the host name in the certificate is invalid or doesn't match "

The staff in host server doesn't know why this happening because SSL is installed.

I can upload web without problem, but when I click on checkout in www.coffeerosexpress.com/acatalog/home.html , it says SSL cert is not validated.....

I am in panic, what should I do??

I deeply apology to make you mad, but I didn't try to do that at all, just want to ask question, because I am sitting on computer for all day sometimes until 6am, trying to resolve problem. I have to finish this website by this weekend. I am DEAF and Japanese, so my english is not good as other people. This forum is the only place where I can ask question......... Please understand my feeling.
