I want to put Paypal method for paying including VISA, MASTERCARD.
How can I embed Paypal system into web with Actinic V8??

It is very easy to add Paypal as a payment provider. Firstly try reading the Actinic help - sesrch for 'Selecting Your Online Payment Methods' and see how you get on.

How much should I pay to paypal to active money transaction????
I use credit machine at shop, so I don't want to pay expensive fee to money transaction

Check on the paypal site for the scale of fees. It's generally about 3.8% for low volumes.
