    Problem Uploading to Test Site for first time

    Have just upgraded from V7 to V8 (not made any changes at all - just going with previous design for now).

    Following user guide I switched to test mode and did refresh as instructed and got a cataglog.exe has generated an error and will close message when it was at the Checking Catalog stage - had got about80% of the way through and was on Checking Account Data.

    Any ideas as to why this is happening? Had a look through archieve messages and can't see this problem having been reported before.

    Hi Kathy,

    It is difficult to know what causes crashes when there is just a generic error message. If you have tried compacting the databases (Housekeeping | Compact Databases) and that doesn't help then we would need to get your snapshot to try and find the cause so I would suggest raising a support ticket here or call in if you have a cover contract.

      Thanks Tracey - support couldn't find what was causing the problem, but it is now with the developers!
