If you are referring to Actinic licensing then I think you should call Actinic and discuss that with them directly.

Changing domain name on actinic v.8

Hi,
I wish to change my domain name (only) on my actinic v.8 site

I seem to remember that the deal is that as long as the business stays the same the you are allowed to change the domain name. Hope so as Im doing one at the moment!

You will need to attach some hosting to the new domain and configure actinic or change the DNS of the current hosting to the new domain - its not a big job.
