I take it you mean that you submitted a request through form on the website. Did you get the email that gives you the 'ticket number'? What is the ticket number so I can find out what has happened to it for you? The email that gives you the ticket number should also give you the address to email for any issue that has not received an answer to within 24 hours, so you should use that for a quicker response rather than posting to the community.********************
