Can anyone let me know why 'page cannot be displayed etc' is coming up when I try to check out goods? I've updated site but hasn't helped.
Please explain fairly simply!!

I presume you are referring to:
http://www.rotherview.com/acatalog/
in which case check your SSL network settings. It is happening when transferring to https.

Thanks for replies but refresh doesnt work and the Test on SSL settings shows pass on all items. Anything else or is it a problem with my server?

Hi,

It looks like SSL isn't set up correctly on the server. If you go to 'https://www.rotherview.com/ you also get the 'page not found' message so it's not just when you check out (although you may only have actinic set to show SSL on checkout pages only). You need to check with your hosting company as to why pages cannot be seen in SSL for your site.
