    Sage error when loading for the 1st time

    Installing Sage link and running I get the following error,

    "No supported Actinic Site Found. Actinic Ecommerce must be started at least once after installation"

    This happens on both Actinic to Sage and Sage Link.

    I have the following setup;

    Actinic v8 Catalog Cllient
    Sage Link that came on the same CD

    I then downloaded 'SageLinkv2.3.1GKOA' but the error still comes up.

    I have uninstalled, rebooted and reinstalled and made sure Actinic was run before Sage Link.

    My site is loaded into Actinic.

    Customer support have not heard of this error before!

    Big thanks for any help

    Paul

    Don't know if its the same with V8

    Found this info on Actinic site so looks like cataloge does not support link

      Thanks Chris,

      Yes found out that Catalog Client doesn’t support Sage Link.. even though it prompts you to install it!!

      Exchanged it for Business Client and its working now.

      Thanks
