Help with...Section Names and Links

Hi,

I have deleted the section title urls on my site which allows users to see root pages and link to them at a glance. They appear under the Title and look as follows. I deleted them in design mode:

Section 1 | Section 1a | Section 1aa

I want them back and I am playing about with insert variable but with no sucess. Can anyone send the blocks and quick instructions how to recode this feature. I would be very grateful.

Settings | Site Options - Layouts tab, Section Area - Bottom Parent List Layout and Top Parent List Layout control the section > subsection > page style links at the bottom and the top of each page.
