    Login link question

    Im sure this should be easier than Im making out but how do I add a simple login link?

    The options through dreamweaver put the username and pw box's in.. which I dont want.

    I have tried my own code into the design from DW;

    <a href="http://www.yourdomain.co.uk/acatalog/P_login.html" target="_self" class="style1">Login</a>

    This works as a link and opens the Login screen but will it actually work?

    I have noticed most sites Login link points to;

    [url]http://www.yourdomain.co.uk/cgi-bin/ss000001.pl?SECTIONID=shop.html

    Thanks
    Paul

    May appear to work, but P_ anything is a local (on your desktop only) Preview page reference and will not work on a website.

    If you were using Actinic, it would automatically add a login link for you. Since you are using an external programme you need to use the Actinic Menu in that external programme to add it the Login layout.

    Is that enough for you to find it yourself?
