    Error message trying to view an order adjustment

    I'm using Actinic 8.04.0.0.0.GMVA. I added an order adjustment to a back order and now when I try to view the adjustment I get an error message "Attempt to scroll past end or before beginning of data" and then Actinic gives up and closes.

    Does anyone have any ideas on how I can fix this or even how I broke it in the first place?

    Have you tried compacting your databases? If not go to 'Housekeeping | Compact Databases' select both options and proceed. This will close down Actinic, reopen and then let us know if this error still occurs.

    If it does you will need to raise a support ticket so that we can take a look at your database and check what is happening.

      Just to add to this... I tried out what you had done, created a new order with 3 lines, shipped one line and back ordered the rest. Then added an adjustment on the backorder, exited the order. I revisit the order and no error messages, can also see the adjustment and edit it.
