catalog or bussiness?

I'm thinking of purchasing actinis version 8.
What I was wondering is, can you only have user accounts for actinic bussiness? or are user acounts available on catalog as well?

It is often not worth scrimping and go for the Business version from the off ... most people tend to find they need the extra usability further down the line

Yeah that's probably what I'll do. I'm still using catalog 7 and it's just not got enough usability.
Thanks for the advice. It just depends on whether I can get the funds to purchase it now..
