In my web, there is form that has to be chosen for location, United States or Other country in checkout page. I don't need this, because I only deliver thing in NC. How can I remove question form for location??

You will need to only have a single shipping band for NC, no other zones. In Tax, you will need to remove all the other states if you do not want them to be part of the zone.

In Actinic go to 'Help | Help Topics' click on the 'Search' tab and type ' Shipping Setup'. This will provide you will examples you can use.

I do need the states but only sometimes and I feel it is misleading to people that it is there all the time as it may make them think they are on a US site.
I've spoken to Support about this and they've just told me there's instructiosn for what to do in the Advanced User guide (page 94 on the current version 1.5)
