Custom E-mail

Hello,

We have a number of product lines which are shipped direct to our customer from a supplier and we'd like to be able to e-mail the details (ideally just like a packing list) direct to our supplier from Actinic.

The only e-mail layouts for orders I can find seem to have full pricing details - Is there a way to produce a custom layout for sending to suppliers without including pricing.

Perhaps an offline solution that (optionally) does your order download, then checks the data tables for the presence of the relevant products and prepares one daily summary mail with multiple customer details?

Just the packing list info

Hi

It really is just the packing list information that I'd like to e-mail over to our third party supplier.

As it stands, I'm looking at printing out a packing list, and running it through the fax machine - In this day and age, surely I can more simply e-mail the same detail to our supplier.

Install a pdf printer (I use pdf995), print to that and email the packing list.

Perhaps you could look at using something like 'Primo PDF' that prints off your packing list as a PDF file, you could then email this over to the supplier.
