Help me Netwoth setup the whole lot broke

Ive been trying to get my site working for 2 days now, i want to put my site into a folder called "talent" on my web server, what parts of the network configuration must i change to make this possible?

Firstly, please can you tell me what kind of server you are going to be uploading to (i,e) Linux/Unix or Windows. Secondly, are both the Acatalog and Cgi-bin going to be within the "talent" folder. Finally will there be a change in the URL as well . Please let us know so we can advice what changes you might have to make.
